Will employers know I used AI to find or apply for a job?
No. JobNomad reads publicly available job listings and submits applications through the same ATS forms any candidate would use. Your cover letter and intent note are written by you. The AI helps you discover and surface the right roles, not fabricate your application.
What if the agent applies to the wrong job?
Nothing is ever submitted without you. Every matched role goes into a review queue: you read the job, write a brief intent note (one sentence is enough), and only then does the agent submit. You can skip or discard any role at any time.
How is this different from LinkedIn Easy Apply?
LinkedIn Easy Apply blanket-applies to anything you click. JobNomad monitors your specific target companies' own career pages, scores each role against your actual CV using AI, and only surfaces genuine matches. The quality is far higher, and you control every submission.
Is my CV data safe?
Your CV is stored only on your account and is never shared with third parties or used to train AI models. We do not sell or share your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your profile settings.
Does AI usage cost extra?
No. AI is included in your subscription price, with no separate bills or per-use charges. Nomad and Pioneer plans include full matching, CV optimisation, and cover letter generation at a flat monthly price.
Which ATS platforms do you support?
We natively support Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby via their public APIs: fast, reliable, and CAPTCHA-free. Workday is supported via browser automation and queued for your manual submission. For unknown career pages, we use AI-assisted HTML parsing as a fallback. Job boards (Reed, Adzuna, Jooble) are available as add-ons.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel any time from your billing page, no questions, no retention loop. Your account downgrades to Explorer (free) and your data is preserved. If you land a job and want to pause rather than cancel, that option is coming soon.
How quickly will I start seeing results?
Most users have their first matched roles in the review queue within 24 hours of completing setup. The quality improves as the agent builds a picture of your preferences. Typically the first week's matches are good, and they get better from there.
