By creating a JobNomad account you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
JobNomad provides a software platform that automatically monitors company career pages, scores job listings against your profile using AI, and assists with job application submissions. You retain full control over which companies are monitored and which applications are submitted via the intent-gate step.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in the jurisdictions you are applying to. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable employment and immigration law.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in GBP (£) via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion except where required by law.
Plan limits. Each plan includes a per-run job match limit. These limits apply per agent run:
Pioneer overage charges. The Pioneer plan includes 90 agent runs per billing month. If you exceed 90 runs in a billing month, each additional run is charged at £0.85 + VAT. Overage charges are billed to your payment method on file at the end of each billing period. You can monitor your run count on the billing page.
Changes to pricing or overage rates. We will give you at least 30 days' written notice by email before increasing subscription prices or overage rates for existing subscribers. The new rate will apply from your next renewal date after the notice period expires. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
Annual plans. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months at the advertised annual rate. Annual subscribers who signed up before 10 April 2026 retain their annual rate for the duration of their initial subscription period.
Early adopter pricing. The current pricing is introductory early adopter pricing and may be revised in future. Any price increases for existing subscribers will be subject to the 30-day notice obligation above.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
JobNomad uses AI to generate cover letters, CV suggestions, and match scores. This content is provided as a starting point and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI outputs.
JobNomad is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that use of the service will result in job offers or interviews. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
JobNomad integrates with third-party applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday). We are not responsible for changes to those platforms' APIs or policies. Applications submitted via those APIs are subject to the employer's own terms.
You may delete your account at any time from the profile page. We may terminate your account for breach of these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes to these terms take effect. For changes to pricing or overage rates, see section 5 above. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
